This means that New Bahtari internet only consists of New Bahtari government propaganda and approved websites from New Bahtar. Previously, the internet was banned outright, but New Bahtari computer programmers, with the help of North Korea, developed DhowOS, an operating system built for New Bahtar.

DhowOS blocks all non-government approved content, which is basically all content exept New Bahtari propaganda.
