how do i add nations to the region im in? i want to know how. the leader of it wants me to add other nations but im not sure how. please someone tell me how.

Just walk up behind them and hit them over the head with a club, then just drag their unconscious body to your region.

^^This is what I did. Then the police said that it counted as assault so now I am in Solitary Confinement...
