As the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Her Majesty's Kingdom, I am very proud to announce the establishment of Cacerta's Foreign Embassy and Consulate Program. The successful foundation of the Coalition of Allied States has warranted an invitation from Her Majesty for close friends of the Kingdom to strengthen our bonds in the creation of embassies in our capital of Vichenza. It is our hope that we can create a network of economic and military cooperation between foreign nations and our own. Listed below is the application required to request the construction of an embassy in our nation's capital. You are also welcome to suggest any treaties that you believe would strengthen ties between our state and yours. We look very forward to your replies!

Rules and Regulations

Extranationality
Embassies constructed on the grounds of the Kingdom will be considered as owned by the occupying nation. Cacertian law does not apply on embassy grounds -- this exception applies to both Cacertians and non-Cacertians. However, embassy personnel and foreign nationals are expected to obey Cacertian law when off embassy grounds. National police, carabenieri, and military forces are barred from entering foreign embassy grounds unless given permission by the owning country or under extreme circumstances.

Diplomatic Immunity
All ambassadors and citizens on the grounds of their respective embassies are given diplomatic immunity from the laws of the Kingdom. Exceptions are applied for those who have been suspected of committing a Level D crime which includes murder, manslaughter, and attempted sabotage.

Weapons
Weapons for security staff are limited to a single secondary weapon for each member. We can assure all particpants that Vichenza's branch of the National Guard as well as the city's Carabinieri can provide ample protection in short notice if needed.

Staff
Staff for embassies can be no larger than 50, unless special circumstances are provided.

Location
All embassies are located within the Torre Alta's International Commune which provides easy access to and from Vichenza International. All embassy floors are constructed with helicopter pads which also allows for easy access throughout the city.

We'll have to discuss a more in-depth free trade agreement (and possibly smaller ones if necessary), sister city agreements, setting up and organising the Gylian Precinct of Cacertian Monotheism once Karolina comes back from vacation/training with Sofia, putting up that trade fair we talked about, maybe a student exchange program if you're interested... and, oh yeah, us splitting the transport duties for the upcoming Autunno Racculto. But it's pretty obvious there'll be no problem handling these, so we can talk about it at whatever pace you want.
