I'm no where qualified to answer that question.

It's mostly because there really, really poor or strife ridden. And Ironi is a bunch of assholes, and refuses to give any (Military) aide to them. Mostly because everything single time they are stupid enough to give said aide to terrorist attacking Ironi.

What befuddles me is primarily the 'semi-auto magazine' - would you by any chance have any more information regarding that? I'm guessing its a revolving magazine that presents rounds to the loader as selected?
