Actually there's some nifty rotor designs out there that are nearly quiet. Quiet to the point where they aren't recognizable as rotors. I have link to them somewhere. No idea what they do to RCS, but for a stealthy helicopter flying low to the ground noise is a big concern as well.

Blue- something rotor-end design, I remember hearing about, but I doubt it does anything to the RCS.

A helicopter flying a mission where stealth is a factor will be hiding behind the terrain whenever possible. A reduced RCS while nice, is not essential for such a mission. IIRC for the Bin Laden raid in addition to the two stealth Blackhawks, the US also flew a pair of not stealth Chinooks into Pakistan. They got in not through stealth but through hiding behind the terrain.

According to the airforce, they could've vectored in many more aircraft in Operation Geronimo if they needed to, they even had a B2 on stand-by

I recall reading that the B-2 wasn't on standby, rather it was considered as an alternative to the raid

Wiki sources say it was at Bagram Airfield, wiki itself says they scrapped the idea.

It's claimed a B-2 was considered to drop a two thousand pound bomb (or several) onto the compound. The primary reason this wasn't done was because of the proximity of Pakistani commander accommodation and their families (though not the proximity of civilians).
Good thing it wasn't followed through, since the raid showed just how many non-combatants were at the property.

I've been thinking. What does NS think a two-runway multimaran carrier can do that a conventional angled-flightdeck carrier can't? I mean for God's sake Nimitz has four catapults.

More hulls is better because numbers.
That's about it.

It ignores the actual reason for angled flight decks (or at least a major reason) and fails to consider the capabilities of the carrier to sustain the air operations that a two-hull carrier could theoretically launch.

Question; what do you all think of the LGS Fennek?

I've been thinking of implementing it as a scout car, but am now questioning whether such a vehicle is obsolete or not for an :NS: military, what with the use by other militaries of vehicles such as the AMX-10 RC and M1127. Should I implement a specific scout car or just slap cameras on a Boxer APC or something?

What's a good general purpose search radar for use with SA-15s, SA-11s, and SA-21s. Would the Tin Shield fit this role reasonably well?

Mine was relevant.

LHX-U was going to be a transport helicopter based on the same type of radar, acoustic, and infrared stealth applied to Comanche. Sikorsky has been working on low observable versions of Blackhawk since at least 1976, too.

So no country would be the worst, wich makes more countries the worst, wich leads to the US.

This seems like you're just butthurt about losing Vietnam. Also, the US pretty much lost to the British in War of 1812. Also, the French actually did the most damage to the British during the American Revolution as well.
