Dagnian uses mostly the Arabic script, but others are also in reasonably common use. Latin comes in second, though there are many letters added to accomodate sounds unique to Dagnian. Two proposed scripts, one based on Hangul and another based on Devanagari have been worked on but are periodically abandoned and rediscovered. They are unlikely to ever be complete, much less adopted, in spite of the fact that they are being designed to be better adapted to the spoken language, since Arabic just works.

Casually we use regular arabic letters, we have 28 of them.
But for government affairs that needs to be somewhat encrypted we use Desu morse, which is like regular morse except that every . is replaced with desu and every - is replaced with DESU.
Which is also used for our wireless telegraph.

The Latin Alphabet, but of course. Also used are Greek letters, Bedouin script and the occasional Egyptian Hieroglyph. One may also find Turkish runes deep within Anatolia.

Back in ancient times, we had a runic system of writing. Now we use the Latin alphabet, except for some ceremonial documents on which we still use our ancient runic script.
