What writing system does your nation use? Does it use the latin script, cyrillic script, greek script, or maybe does it use its own form of writing? Any kind of script really.

Zeganas just started using its own style of writing, it derives from both Latin and Hangul, having all the sounds represented with their own character segments, and each character having one syllable. Read more here.

There are two writing systems in place for Standard Freieslander. The first is Standard Transliterated Freieslander, this is the Roman alphabet with an agreed upon one or two letter representation for each consonant and vowel sound found in Freieslander. The other is a somewhat haphazard combination of old Germanic runes, Arabic script, and Greek. This alphabet has been refined over the years to a system of 45 characters and 4 diacritic marks. There is also a sophisticated system of pictographs which relies heavily on the context of traditional life and the history of Freiesland. Without knowledge of all three systems, it can be difficult to navigate at street level, as many locals will give directions using landmarks instead of street names.

Zhouran's current writing system is the Simplified Chinese characters. It has been used since 1956


The Ancient Zhouranese Script was the first writing system used in Ancient Zhouran. It is unknown when exactly the script was used, although artifacts date the script to 245 BC.
The Ancient Zhouranese Script originated from Northern Zhouran. The script has not changed over the years. In 1480, the Ancient Zhouranese Script, along with the Ancient Zhouranese Language, were replaced. Ancient Zhouranese Script was replaced by Traditional Chinese characters in 1480, which was then replaced by Simplified Chinese characters on November 28, 1956.
