LGBTQ people in your nation's government?

Are there any members of your nations government who openly belong to the LGBTQ community?

We have several members in our High Council. Most notable member is Jorgana Odinssen Melanithes, Minister of Education of Savedland.

Historically, there are olso a few High Governors as well, with the most prominent one being High Governor Leifus Canarides Aresmunds, famous for the great administrative reforms of the 1990s that removed corruption almost entirely.

We have some openly homosexual and bisexual individuals that hold positions in the executive branch and the Imperial Council, it's no big deal.

Randy Forthright, former president of the republic of Borneik and leading in the polls is a well-known bisexual. He has no relationship as of this moment.

The Emperor and Prince Consort are the most famous gay couple in the Empire. Its not a big deal in the Empire.

There is no such thing as LGBTQ people in the Sidh government, or anywhere else in Sidh society - there are only Sidh people who on rare occasions might have unorthodox sexual tastes. There can be no such thing as an LGBTQ community to begin with, because dividing people in communities based on their views or preferences is contrary to the very purpose of Sidh ways - unity at any cost.

Even provided there existed such a distinct community, no politician would ever openly acknowledge belonging to it. Someone who would publicly announce himself to be queer would be deemed an obnoxious and intrusive exhibitionist for revealing such private matters to the public, who doesn't care to hear them anyway. The people aren't interested in who you sleep with, they don't know and they don't want to know - what they care to hear from you is ideas how to improve public infrastructure, increase salaries for heavy industry and agriculture employees or construct that new orbital facility that would provide two million new jobs.

Lastly, Sidh sexuality is standardized to heterosexual, so there aren't really any natural queers among them to begin with. Sidhae generally regard sexuality as too trivial a matter to be bothered with anyway, where humans seem to make such a big deal out of it.

The Crown Prince is known for his bisexual tendencies, and although this infuriates his father, he supports it regardless.

Considering that almost 100% (98,5) of our population is bisexual/homosexual/other denomination, then yes. There are LGBTQ people in our government.

The majority is LGBT so naturally we have a lot of LGBT individuals in our government and elsewhere.

The Empire does not recognize the terms which make up that anagram as they do not exist in our language. We assume you mean people who are romantically interested in people of the same gender, however.

People are people within the Empire and its government.

It is actually expected in our culture that people take interest in someone of the same gender as themselves at some point in their lives.

As to the question, the best we can answer along 'Western' conventional lines is nobles will be nobles will be nobles.

That's a good question. Maybe cloning? He did say there some bisexuals of it so maybe that. And we don't let anybody homosexuals into the government or military. But we let them live there non-political and non-military lives freely.

Anastasia Luzero, mistress of his majesty, Titolli de Medici, is a transexual individual. The King will remain unwed as his position within government requires his neutrality on social issues. Although she wields no explicit authority, her favor and opinion weighs heavily on both King and nation.

The Catholic Orthodox Church, of which the King is revered mediator and national intercessor, merely asserts that carnal relations outside marriage remain sin. Therefore the Church and King acknowledge tge sin he is guilty of while avoiding the elevation of sexual and gender preferences/identities to social issue.

Distruzio takes great care to avoid European and, especially, American social milieus.

The entire Imperial Government is open to allowing members of the LGBTQ community within its power structures. Several important Ministers, Viceroys, Governors, Secretaries, High Councilors, and Generals belong to the LGBTQ community in some form.

The second highest position within the entire Empire, Crown Prince, is occupied by Prince Sheng Wei who is an openly homosexual man and will one day become Grand Emperor of the entire Empire.

General Guo Jia and Secretary Sima Yan, two powerful individuals in the Empire are well known bisexuals. Guo Jia is thought to be currently courting the Crown Prince.

Viceroy Li Yin and Minister Min Anming are well known lesbians who administer substantial territory and wield significant power.

At the very top there are at present no openly LGBTQ persons serving and there has never been an openly LGBTQ individual possessing the office of Supreme High Chancellor, Prime Minister or Prince-Regent.

His Most Divine Majesty the Tar-Moriñgothoyondo God Emperor is speculated to have been Bisexual so has several other God Emperors.
