That was what I was referring to. Actually, multi-barrel artillery would probably be pretty effective against some NS armies, like NN. Assuming you had them well-defended and such, of course.

NN would be a waste though; as he pointed out to Greater Americania; he'll gladly trade a couple of infantry platoons for multi million dollar equipment and munitions expended on a single useless position.
