2)Thats more of a tank destroyer then a tank.

I see no cannon. At least not one that has any chance of denting the armor of a standard MBT. Also didn't say anything was wrong with it being a tank destroyer. Tank destroyers can be usefull. Also Missile launchers do not make a tank, they make a tank destroyer. There are things that Tank Cannons do that AT missiles can't.

I've seen a guy drive a 91 F-250 Diesel (Believe that is the same year as the Hilux they used) over a 50 foot drop, and, when they went to remove it, it started up as if nothing happened.

Toyota's are seen in 3rd World Countries because, drumroll, they are cheaper, and you want to know why? Because they aren't as well made. There is a very good reason there is the saying "You get what you pay for".

I trust you have never driven the American Equivalents of the Toyota pickups? We have a 71 F100 Shortbox. It still had the original starter in it when we bought it 3 years ago. The starter lasted for another 2 years before it quit after we put 20,000 more miles on it. It needs a new carburetor, alternator, needs transmission seals, needs a accelerator pump, yet, it runs like it is brand new. Oh did i mention that the Cab mounts on it are nonexistent anymore, yet, the cab doesn't even shift we we take a sharp turn. I'd love to see a Toyota do that, i really would.

The only advantage Japanese cars have are in their fuel efficiency and cheapness, but, like i said, you get what you pay for dontcha?

So it's the AK-47 of trucks?

Nah, the Silverado is the most reliable and fastest Vortec all the way baby.

Edit: the Toyota's transmissions suck dick they don't last with me, this is where Chevy comes in hand besides looks, power you can be hard on it as you want it will still keep going like new.

If the tranmission doesn't last that probably has more to do with your driving style then with the craftmenship.

The only issue i have ever found with Diesel Silverados would be with the old 6.5 Diesel Turbo, and that was with the Crankshaft in it. The engine has since been discontinued. That was a 93. We ran it hard to point where the latches on the tailgate were no good and we had to drive down the road with the tailgate down. The Crank in the Diesel was the only issue we ever had, and that was endemic to every engine made to those specs.

No, we replaced the crankshaft 3 or 4 times during the course of the time we had that pickup. Happened each time until we just sold it when we got our Chevy Suburban.

Anyway, this isnt on topic, better stop here. Welcome to take it to TG though.

Tank cannons can fire anti-personnel munitions, and fire rounds that do not cost $500,000.

Eh, it doesn't help that they were using the scout walkers wrong in the first place. But yeah, no, a real armored vehicle should not be vulnerable to sticks and stones.

Haishan rarely employ large tank due to emphasis put by them to use fast reaction units and due to the fact that large tanks usually slow and cumbersome. Recent technologies advancement in the nation saw the re-introduction larger-than-trucks type of tanks and Todos is one of the earliest larger-than-trucks tank created that is still in service today, due to the reliability of the design. The designers put modular construction to the extreme, hence the survivability of the tank till today. The tank is highly customizable to start and there are lot of variants existed but the most famous(and used) one is the Todos Type XC

Image

Todos Type XC

Primary armament : 120mm DuCREM Shock Railgun
Secondary armament : Icendiary Grenade Launcher or Havock Hacker Terminal
Powerplants : Quad Kolonc Nuclear Pack(one subunit supplying power to one tank tread), Tosius Energy Generator(For DuCREM) and Tosius Support Generator (for other systems)
Suspension : Modular Spring-Torsion Bar unit
Ground clearance : 650 mm
Operational range: 342 km (Kolonc Nuclear Pack is a turbocharged power pack which loses power quite fast, hence the short range)
Top Speed 99.2 km/h(flat terrain) , 75.4km/h ( rough terrain)
Tolerable Incline = 43.2 degress
Other info are pretty much classified.

OOC : Guess that's enough for now. Well i'm FT,so does this count?
