What is this? It would look great if you took of one of the guns.

It looks like a PzH200 or Msta that was shopped. If it is then whoever did it must be a 1337 shopper, because the only thing that would give it away is how impractical the design would be if real (as people have said before about double-gun designs on tanks.

It's a russian self-propelled artillery piece designed for saturation fire.

Close, it's a prototype based off the Msta for a real artillery piece designed for hilarious saturation attacks. Apparently it gets something like 16 rounds/minute firing speed, which is pretty good. It's not made for accuracy. There's a Tanknet thread about it, and there's this site as well. Sumer talked about its intended use and why it was designed on the last page, also.

^Fuck stationary hotwitzers. I bet a single barrel version of this thing could be just as accurate.

This isn't meant to be accurate, it is meant to have a high rate of fire.

Koalitsiya SV can put 2 shells at the same spot concerning its accuracy, but carries less ready to use shells then the Msta or Akatsiya.

So, that because it's double barrelled. I bet misusing a barrell would reduce it's ROF but add to it's accuracy along with adding a better muzzle brake.

The regular can fire laser guided shells. I see no reason why the two barrel couldn't

Honestly, I don't think an artillery piece designed explicitly to burn through as much ammo as possible in the shortest time possible is going to be using fancy shells with costs measured in kilodollars.

Noravea began to produce the XM1202 Mounted Combat System Tank in 2019, called the 'Dragon I'. The 'Dragon II' began production in 2022, and the 'Dragon III' in 2024. It's replacement, the 'Cougar I' is expected to begin production in 2031.

In 1999 the T-90 was operational, where as the Black Eagle was a mock up. At the present, the T-90 has superior control systems and optics along with higher protection[based on a test with a T-90 and T-80U which had taken place in '99 or '00, since then with the "A" model things had been improved mostly being fire controls and advanced ERA, combined with a welded turret.]
