Estainia... (I might be mistaken of this information) 88s are still used by some European nations, because they are reliable, effective, and if your crews are trained they can fire lots of times. And dude... The Neo-Nazi *Beep* is using those weapons against WWI armor...

I think the tank thing in the image was meant to be a mobile gun platform, not really an MBT, notice the lack of any real sloping. As for the stats, get rid of the minigun, and you are good.
ETC gun. Check.
20mm or larger coaxial. Check.
A little light for an NS tank, but there have been lighter tanks which have been mass produced, and sold.
