Well, as a pet project myself (I am the supreme leader of Korribian) I have developed a simple tread vehicle with a laser somewhat like the THEL, except less expensive, it looks like a rather thick and short tank cannon, except with a devastating payload.
(e.g. heat up the inside of a vehicle and cause humans inside to burst, fuel to ignite, and the entire tank to heat up and distort, while the actual area that is contacted by the laser to burn away.
It is also armed with a traditional tank cannon, and various other guns.

Military . an armored, self-propelled combat vehicle, armed with cannon and machine guns and moving on a caterpillar tread.

Also, my tank cannon can destroy ANYTHING, so long as it isn't exceptionally thick, or is protected with liquid nitrogen of some sort.

Edit: Due to 'Misunderstandings in the thread...MBTs, or Main Battle Tanks are the only vehicles that will be viewed as 'Non-Spam' to us. Mechs, Mechas, Gundams, Titans, or any other kind of legged machine is not a tank.

Seeing as much of Genomita's landscape is covered snow or ice, some of which is too thin to support regular tanks, our R & D department has made efforts to develop a reliable hover tank design. While there are still some kinks to work out, the development of the first prototype is progressing well. First field tests are scheduled for the end of this year.

A tank is a tracked, armoured fighting vehicle designed for front-line combat which combines operational mobility and tactical offensive and defensive capabilities.
