i then checked a list of graduates of UNSWC, and did searches on them with publications, there quite a lot of them without publications......hmmm

Well, your dad's full of it. I spoke with the admissions office this morning, and they confirmed that any program they offer which is considered a Masters (Of which there are only three) require a published thesis in one of the school's publications. Therefore, they require to be published.

Secondly, they offer no Masters in Military and Strategic Studies, only an undergraduate study in Strategic Theory.

Thirdly, all Masters level programs they offer are not Flag Officer courses.

.

i said National Defense, not Military,
you need to calm down man. fact is, he went to USNWC got his masters, he retired as a O6 I was there for both his graduation and his retirement. I would be much happier to keep this on TG to stop disturbing this thread, except you didn't call me a liar, you called my dad a liar. a little F'd up no matter what your arguing. I have ceded to your information and my misinformed information on specs. but you could at least apologize to my dad... call me a liar, tell me I am telling you all sorts of lies, but don't call someone you've never met a liar when hes not the one talking thats neither here nor there. its just cowardly.
it seems that you are the one really pushing to save face here. if you weren't you would have stuck to the TGs. idk what admissions says, i never called them, never plan to, frankly i don't care. admissions at the college i went too said you can't get a art seal on an associates. apparently that wasn't true... the seal is worthless but people went for it and got it, on an AAS .

Only 100 MF-12s are being built for now, however each one is two stories high.

Nice target, and do you have any more information about it?

A single tallboy or grand slam bomb and it is all over. Hell, a single Mk 84 2,000lbs bomb could kill it with ease.

That's also true of pretty much every tank here. Why single out mine?

And anyway, where are those weapons launched from? The air? If so, they won't make it near my tanks.

Because your tank could easily be hit by those bombs, a normal tank can't.

It's still a bit of a work-in-progress, but I plan to draw up a desgin for it soon.

It's top speed is 60 km/h.
The crew live in it for weeks at a time (it being so large).
It's operated by about 7 sheep.
It has one 200mm cannon, and a bunch of machine guns. Some are fitted with mine laying equipment and other features.
Some are equipped to be aquatic.
In a pinch, it can be used as armoured troop transport.

That's about all I know for now.

True, it is a bigger target, but from the air it doesn't look that too big. It's taller, but only a little longer and wider then other tanks.

And yet it is two stories tall? It would probably have enough ground pressure to sink in solid concrete.

Concrete cracks, as it's not a liquid.

To be perfectly honest, it's not that widely used. 2 out of 3 members of the Ovisterran armed forces are airmen, as we rely heavily on aircraft. Hitting anything in Ovisterra from above is quite a feat.

Guise guise, we all know that King Tigers mounting massive rail drivers and Chobam/composite armour is the best. Oh and a Degman variant with heavier armour, up to 1000mm equivalent thickness firing Sabot and ATGM rounds. /FT

Our most advanced tanks are our T-90s. However we only have 50 of these. The bulk of our MBTs (210) are either T-80s or Type 96 tanks.

There are things you can do to the T-34's design and body to make it a competent light tank or airborne tank in MT. It could never take on an MBT [and win] but it could support paratroopers and be a nice militia tank.

That would involve such a ridiculously large-scale overhaul of the chassis that you'd have to start from scratch.

T-80 is better than T-90.

What makes it better? I keep hearing people (you?) say this, but no will say exactly why.

Because it is mostly a new tank, unlike the T-90 which is like a T-72 and T-80 combined to make a slightly better tank than a T-72 and more cost effective than a T-80. It has better electronics and is faster to name a few things. Just look up T-90 on wikipedia, it states that the T-90 is basically a compromise between tech and cost.

T-80 has better electronics? I could have sworn I read somewhere that most T-80s can't even use their thermals and GLATGMs at the same time.
