I politely diagree with you, New Korongo. Mobility and proper use of terrain are important parts of armoured warfare. Smaller tanks would be able to outmaneuver a machine of this size rather easily and assault it's weakest spots. On another note, as Varayusha mentioned it is not so much a tank as it is a very large piece of self-propelled artillery, whicjh makes it ill-equipped for direct attacks.

I don't use "pure" tanks, but wheeled amphibious tank destroyers. My Imperial Armed Forces prefer mobility over brute force during land assaults. And we favorise air power.

We don't. The T-90 is on par with the beloved Abrams. T-80 can be upgraded to stand against it as well.

Well, as a pet project myself (I am the supreme leader of Korribian) I have developed a simple tread vehicle with a laser somewhat like the THEL, except less expensive, it looks like a rather thick and short tank cannon, except with a devastating payload.
(e.g. heat up the inside of a vehicle and cause humans inside to burst, fuel to ignite, and the entire tank to heat up and distort, while the actual area that is contacted by the laser to burn away.
It is also armed with a traditional tank cannon, and various other guns.
