WHy would they need the ability to fire on full-auto? They're basically using it as an MP-5 with the added armour-piercing capacity because :NuclearWeapons:.

Mostly because it fiddles with my theory that the 4.6mm makes up for it's lack of overall lethality with glorious amounts of accurate automatic fire.

But srsly though, the British police don't need guns everywhere, and imo it makes Britain a better country than all the others who need gun-toting authority figures to enforce laws that we can enforce with a calm, authoritative voice and atruncheon.

I do indeed. I also know that, while Trans is undoubtedly an exemplary officer of the law, he is most likely not indicative of US law enforcement as a whole. Or, at least not the officers of the deep south from whole the bulk of my LE experience comes from.
