We do, the same as men. They are even given special uniforms. Shirts that cover up part of their chest, shorts, and berets. You may think this is unsafe, but we don't fight in the open with guns. We pilot giant robots, so it gets pretty hot. The temperature also increases.

Yes, but they must show the same standards as men and thus are more rare, with more being weeded out by training.

We let whoever wants in. Regardless of gender, sex or species. The only requirement is the ability to move in various terrain and operate a weapon. Training takes care of everything else.

Out of the human part of the military, 46% is female. That's a billion or two.

On another note, joining is entirely voluntary.

Males and females of all species fight alongside eachother, and recieve the exact same training.

Females are allowed in most special forces roles, except super soldiers like the Centurions, who are cloned from the DNA of a male xeklivian.

Yes, but not in combat roles since multiple studies demonstrate that the average physical differences between a man and woman show the woman lacking in the same capabilities necessary for said role.
Height, jumping ability, muscle mass, ability to deal with concussive force, hand-to-hand ability, and other items studied played a role in this decision. While there are dedicated females who are the exception, they are only the exception and not the rule, and so it was decided the cost was not adequately justified.
