Dear Supreme Cat Overlords:

We the undersigned have chosen Signore Carlo Bottiglia and Signore Michelangelo Merisi, distinguished citizens of Alunya, to reside near the Government of Your Excellencies, in the quality of Ambassador of the Constitutional Monarchy of Alunya, and in the quality of Ambassador of the Kingdom of Alunya, respectively, on alternating days in accordance with the Alunyan Calendar and the Treaty of Püsseldorf from which arise the two states of our singular nation. Each is well informed of the relative interests of our two countries and three governments and of the sincere desire of our Governments to cultivate to the fullest extent the friendship which has so long subsisted between our two countries. Our knowledge of their high characters and abilities gives us entire confidence that they will constantly endeavor to advance the interests and prosperity of all three Governments and so render themselves acceptable to Your Excellencies.

We therefore request Your Excellencies to receive them favorably and to give full credence to what they shall say on the parts of the Constitutional Monarchy and Kingdom of Alunya, respectively, and to the assurances which we have charged them to convey to you of the best wishes of our Governments for the prosperity of Merconitonitopia.
