Dear Mr Larry Williams,

I hope you are well.

Many thanks for retaining the Relorian chancery at 1525 Embassy Square which we established so many years ago. Our diplomatic programme is undergoing something of a renewal of late, and with that in mind we would like to reaffirm our commitment to maintaining solid diplomatic relations with the Empire. To that end, please find attached a completed form with more up-to-date information about our diplomatic mission for both our records. I realise that this may not be necessary, but I am doing so for the sake of completeness.

Ambassador Hally Opialla sends her regrets, and professes remembering the time she spent in Shazbotdom fondly, but she has resigned from her post as ambassador to pursue other goals, and thus will not be returning to staff the Relorian embassy in your nation.

After discussions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically the Department of Embassies and the Ambassadorship Offices, the Committee has decided that your Embassy, located at 1540 Embassy Square is officially downgraded from Dark Orange Status to Silver Status. This decision has been made due to your Ambassador to the World Assembly's actions within the World Assembly Chambers and the Strangers Bar. If you have moved your Staff and Guards into the Embassy, please reduce the number of guards down to 1 Armed Guard and 9 Unarmed Guards as well as the staff members down to 5 Embassy Staff. You will also be limited to 3 Vehicles (1 Limo, 1 Motorcycle, and 1 Sport Utility Vehicle, all of them shall be unarmed and unarmored. Your Embassy will also now have Twice per Week Inspections by the SCS Division of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps. Please make the appropriate changes as quickly as possible, as failure to do so within a 1-week timeframe WILL be grounds for immediate revocation of your Embassy, and an order for your personnel to vacate the Empire.
