The Judiciary, 7 co-equal members, conducts appeals, reviews laws and foreign policy
The Council of Kings, presided over by the King of the Commonwealth, levies taxes, enforces legislation and punishment.
The Council of Kings consists of the king of each region. Kings can be overthrown by 75% of the populace.
The King of the Commonwealth is elected from among the kings every 10 years. The King of the Commonwealth may be impeached by a 75% vote of the populace.
