We're a heavily cosmopolitan nation but to say racism doesn't happen would be a lie. The most likely targets of racism are either the Darcsen or the Gypsies, who regardless, hold their heads high and are defended by Imperial Law like the rest of the Empire's citizens.

Isms aren't common here, regardless.

Government members who discriminate based on race, even off duty, are permanently banned from government jobs.
It is illegal for employers, landlords, home sellers, public stores, schools, colleges, and universities to discriminate based on race. Non-compliance results in in compensation/ restitution for victim of discrimination, and small fine mostly to compensate for enforcement costs.
Other than that, people are allowed to be racist. Freedom of speech, freedom of association.

Discrimination against race isn’t a big problem in Freemopia, and that is partially because Freemopia has anti-discrimination laws that go beyond skin color, thus encouraging Freemopians not to discriminate against people for being different. Stereo-typing or assuming someone is a certain way based on factors they didn’t choose is discouraged by the government. Freemopia has open boarders; there is a variety of races. Since most Freemopians are exposed to people of different races on a regular basis, they know they aren’t a threat. The government encourages people of different races to mix so they realize they are like everyone else.
Government funds tolerance campaigns that are aired about 30seconds daily on TV and radio, and pamphlets sent to all inhabitants who can opt out.

Those who commit crimes against people based on their race, are encouraged to participate in tolerance classes that are offered as part of rehabilitation. Prisoners who haven’t committed severe abuse, aren’t let out until their victim and community where the crime occurred, unanimously decide to let them out, in some cases they set a condition on racist criminals that they must go through tolerance classes, admit what they did was wrong and promise never to discriminate based on race, as some of the conditions before they agree to let them out.

There is virtually no racism in our nation, partially because most of our nation is what most nations call "mixed-race". Some nations have actually begun putting "Lojbo" as its own race. What little racism there is tends to be against single-race people, but the vast majority scoff at it.

Racism is completely unknown in Zimbezia. The very reason the country was established in the first place was so that Africans (whether indigenous or of European or Asian descent) could live in a society without tribalism, where everyone is treated equally, without any discrimination or special favors of any kind.

In the early 1860's, there was widespread stigma about the Bedram and the Gröboden refugees. Blatant racism, however, wasn't prevalent, and it was outlawed by the government, punishable by a prison sentence of 3 months.

For now, refugees (and immigrants in general) are kept away from this area, as it's too dangerous for them to live there

Racism is strictly banned in Soled, and violent racism is punished with death by hanging. We are a multicultural nation, and most ethnic human groups live with each other, just fine, while they are really just afraid of being hanged. But over the years, groups of peoples have comed to live in their own regions, creating differences.

Now, Dog/Equine relations are a different story however, but that would be "Speciesism" and not "Racism".

The People's Republic of Nedvia is 99.54% ethnically Nedvian. There is a small minority of Verbani tribesmen who live in the Verbani district of Northern Nedvia. Virtually all Verbani reside within their home district. As their population is mostly isolated, there is very little animosity towards them. Nedvians may joke about the Verbani accent or language, but these are harmless in nature.
