As a meritocracy, education and the government are individualist. As a whole, however, the nation is collectivist (this coming from the low population density, among others). Also, government bodies appear as a whole, not as individual officials.

These terms are foreign to us, but we do have some sour feelings after having read the definition of Collectivist.
"Hello, Masaki home. Oh, that sounds like if I were married to the family. How embarrassing. What do you think? Do you think it sounds that way?"

"I have been many things in my life, Mollari. I have been silly. I have been quiet when I should have spoken. I have been foolish. And I have wasted far too much time. But I am still Centauri. And I am not afraid."

"You are elevating futility to a high art. There is nothing you can do to prevent the catharsis of spurious morality."

Over the past few years, our people have sided with a blend of a Collectivist and Individualistic mindset. Some examples include:

-Rights to private property are limited, and all lands within our borders and territories belong to the People.

- All citizens honor family and put the needs of the masses above their own goals.

-Individuality is not outlawed and is encouraged in some situations, however working for the good of all is a high priority.

-Students in our education systems are taught to cooperate and work well with others to promote responsibility and teamwork.

Collectivist, despite being the most capitalist society you meet. Frankly Darwinian. Workers put the good of their family, and their megacorp before themselves. Megacorps compete fiercely with one another but will make great sacrifices for the good of the entire State.

Depends on the context, but generally the government/nation as a whole would be considered completely 100% collectivist {common goals & ideals, etc...} while the further up the tree you travel the greater in proportion the individualism expressed until you finally reach said individual themselves by which point it would be 100% individualist, in accordance with the Ceteris Paribus clause.

We are heavily collectivist after several decades of communist rule and indioctrination. All collective good - the state and the nation of Kaitjan itself.
The People's Republic of Kaitjan is a nation most glorious: a totalitarian communist dictatorship set against a backdrop of vast jungles, great rivers and a horribly tropical climate. Kaitjan is renowned for its all-encompassing militarism, rampant xenophobia, isolationist tendencies and a great love for tigers and tiger motifs.

The Empire of Kanopolis has a collectivist culture.

The reason behind such culture is because the majority of its citizens are Asian descendants.
They bring in Asian culture, which is collectivist in nature, to the empire when they arrive.
However, such value erodes over time as acculturation and assimilation are on the way.
Fortunately, all citizens agree that collectivism is a capital to create a strong nation.

Vegaslovakia is very collectivist. Our citizens are expected to fight for animals. We keep some of the humans in our borders alive for revolutionary purposes. However, some individualism happens even in the government because artists usually get the most pay in order to ease the psychological pain we assume artists generally have (things like how depressed of a guy Vincent van Gogh was are well documented here). But even that is collectivist to an extent since we have observed artists in our nation keeping the rest of the citizens sane.

Zhouranese society in particular is meritocratic collectivist. While the individual is no doubt respected, Zhouranese society believes that the Nation, People, and Culture are more important than the individual, therefore people must push their self interest aside and contribute for the greater good.

Despite the name of our capital (New Collective City, which represents the will of the people and references our original homeland), Exodian culture is very individualist and encourages self-interest, for oneself or for your group. We believe that the world can only be made better when one can look after and prosper by themselves. Being capitalist, we're inclined this way.
