Alright, here is what I have so far.

You have a good framework laid out, excellent even. But I do need some more information for the following:

I like the choice of vehicle. Very much so. However, only one of those can fit onto your aircraft at one time, as its takeoff weight empty is 29,000 kg. The issue, each of your ICVs empty weight is 18,000 kg. Seeing the issue? You'll come to 47,000 kg and the Transall's maximum takeoff weight is 51,000. very solid choice of aircraft though.

Need a link to the price of that plane, just to confirm. Pay rates are god, but remember if they get to low the OP may say something along the lines of "Due to a bad economy, a recession has hit the private military sector hard, jobs for low-salary employees are being cut." So don't be afraid to scale back your numbers in favour of paying your existing men more.

As for your multi-lingual chart, that will definitely help when coming into play on deployments if you have men who speak another language. As for your pilots, don;t forget pilots need maintenance staff. The ratio of pilots to ground staff should be 5:1. As for your field office in Paris, don;t be afraid to spend some money upgrading its facilities. There, I leave the purchasing up to your discretion, as the cost of an airfield, hangar, etc. is difficult to actually calculate.

Overall, job well done so far, but a bit of work to go before we reach Stage II standards.

I am on my phone so please forgive the short message. As for the weight of the ICV I was only planning on deploying one per mission until I can afford a bigger plane.
As to my field office I will have the hanger and hanger/plane staff info up soon.

Fantastic! Don't forget you'll need HR staff, Accountants for payroll, intelligence people, etc.

That's perfectly fine as for being limited to your phone. Don't forget your civilian staff CEO, CFO, CSO, etc. because they need to get paid as well!

Still on my phone, I made some budget cuts and corrections. I also added the things that you suggested. Hope I adressed most of your concerns.

Alright, better. Still need to account for some things though. Need to load gear and such onto your plane, how do you propose going about doing that? When in-theatre how will your men live/eat/sleep?

Good work so far, keep up researching. Easy way to frame it is think of what your 1 individual contractor needs.

For example. Bullets to fire? Buy them. How do they get there? The plane that takes them there, how does it load the pallets of ammunition? etc.

Not to be rude. I think this rp is going to be a lot of fun, and I will do the research in a moment, but I was thinking a fork lifter for the loader, mre's and dried rations for food, and basic camo tents for in theater living.

Once I get all of that situated how much more detail do you think you will require? Just curious because im having a hard time thinking of more stuff.

Not much. And be blunt, no need to dance around the issue.

Other than some vehicles to load your aircraft, and hell, your men could sleep in tents for all i care, and MREs work fine, then you're set.

Just add that, clean up the post when you get access to a computer so it looks nice and pretty (bolding, underlining, etc.) and you'll be stamped as a Stage III.

Wonderful. Upon having 3 companies at Stage III I'll launch the contracts thread, and people can start bidding.

383 TCOP: 5,723
2 Clark Model C25D forklift- 5,000

Here is what I added after adjusting my budget a little. Also, if you couldn't tell, I reformatted.

Checked over, good work. Slightly over budget, so do your best to pull down a contract or two when the bidding opens.

One quick protip: ad dollar signs (Its the little things, just easier when i check numbers.)

Hmm. Also, is that hangar in Paris HQ? or somewhere at one of the field offices?

Good to know, just edit it from field office to HQ.

Other than that, if you find new equipment or anything you want to use, post it here. As well, keep your numbers updated when you lose men, and if you hire more keep your numbers updated. that first post of yours is what we check, and you check your stats from my OP. Any questions you have, just post right here regarding your company, and I'll try and get to it as soon as I can.
