Why does gameplay come into it?
I have gameplayed. Still do. On both sides.

Just because you lost doesn't mean you should constantly dog and question the requests of the legitimate Minister of Recruitment. Cut it out. If you want to continue to drag this along, I highly suggest you take it to TGs, where it belongs.

I think any member of Atlas has the right to raise questions if a policy is, (as this one is), detrimental to the recruitment process. If I have to make an ap for my new nation, I am not going to list the >500 puppets I've had on NS over my 6 and a half years on the game. It's nonsensical.

(regional government, a map, some region based groups etc.) Its alot better than just looking for a free invite all RP there is a lot of "Region Focused" rp's which do not allow others to join in. I saw you guys have 5 or so (recalling from memory) on the go so a possibility of 5 or so rps to jump into sounds good to me!

Due to your limited RP example and relative newness, I'm afraid I can't let you into Atlas just yet. I'm willing to accept you on probation for now however, so I'd like you to move to Atlas Puppets. (basically, you'll be allowed to be a part of our canon and RPing, as well as using our RMB- you just won't be in Atlas yet)

Please give a brief description of your climate and geography: Several rivers run through Zhenya. The winters are long, but summers can get quite hot. Generally, the northern two-thirds of the country are chilly or only moderately warm year-round, and the south is always some degree of hot. Zhenya is forested and hilly; there are some mountains in the far north, along the coastline.

Please give a brief description of your national ethnicities and culture: Zhenyan culture is basically real life Russian culture, the Zhenyan ethnicity is a blend of Slavs (Russian, Serbian, a little bit of Bosnian, etc)

Please give a brief description of your national history: Starting in antiquity, the city-state of Stolitsa grew and grew until it had become a regional power, the Tsardom of Stolitsa (in medieval times). It then conquered the rest of the surrounding area to become the unified Tsardom of Zhenya in 1600. In 1661, the Korzhakov dynasty took the throne. Tsars ruled as autocrats until 1922, when a revolution (I have a factbook on it) forced a limited constitution to be granted.

Each corps has four regiments headquartered locally to the Corps HQ
Each regiment has three battalions raised locally plus supporting formations

Imperial Zhenyan Navy-
Five squadrons, one of which has an aircraft carrier (another one is being built)
Each squadron has a healthy and balanced mix of destroyers, a helicopter carrier, a littoral combat ship, some frigates, etc
Coastal patrol force and harbor security force comprised of small patrol boats and several small destroyers

Imperial Zhenyan Air Service-
Eight airwings- six for homeland defense, two for overseas deployment
Each airwing has a healthy dosage of fighters, multirole aircraft, interceptors, an electronic aircraft, etc
Refueling tanker service- one tanker per airwing
The air service also controls an infantry formation (real life would be the Royal Air Force Regiment in the UK)

Imperial Gendarmerie-
Organized in geographical areas. Each area has two active regiments (organized the same way as regiments in the IZA) and a pool of reserve gendarmes, who are trained but are civilians in everyday life. In the event of a national emergency or something similar, the reserves would mobilize.
Armed mostly with light patrol vehicles. Each geographical HQ has a small amount of APCs, one or two IFVs, and some light artillery.

Vellis-Barca lies in a temperate to temperate-tropical zone. The Marsten Mountains, a unique geological feature for such a small continental mass, separates formerly independent Barca from the Vellis Corporate Imperium. Both regions have sea access on multiple sides.

The attack, believed to have been led by Korben Sam, the Free-Business radical operating in the Barony’s industrial waste sector, was a 3-part assault on the refinery’s main entrance and supply vehicles parked nearby. SSF successfully defended the property, taking no casualties, eliminating over 12 terrorists, and taking over 40 prisoners. More information to follow once Executive Group arrives for the investigation.
