Atlas is its own planet, you shouldn't be able to have a colony. In terms of a "puppet", there has been precident on letting alternate accounts in, but you have to be just as active on it as your main. but a "puppet" doesn't ususally get in.

Tech Company "Foril" CEO Miloš Klima dies in Car Crash
THE GBU NEWS TODAY

The loved, and largest company in the GBU "Foril", took a serious blow after a car crash involving the CEO Miloš Klima, age 47 was fatally killed just yesterday. 'Foril' under Mr. Klima's leadership advanced Computer and Device Technologies and brought 'Foril' from a small back-of-the-yard company to a household name. It is said that his driver swerved rapidly trying to avoid something (currently unknown) and ended up loosing control on the Expressway. GBU Expressway Police have labeled it a accident most likely involving a animal or object in the road. The company released a statement a few hours later saying that their will be a open funeral and private funeral for the CEO, and that it will not fill the position of CEO for the rest of the week in memory of Mr. Klima.

Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Sigmar Gabriel (MP) appeared in his Press Room to release a statement on behalf of the government and his ministry. "The Government of the GBU, and myself worked along with Mr. Klima constantly and we always had such a fruitful relationship and I knew first hand that Mr. Klima was a patriot for his country and the Empress in constantly wanting to shape this country for the better. Mr. Klima employed thousands of more citizens, and his company alone contributed a lot to the success of the economy lately. I will be attending the open funeral and I know the company and the family of Mr. Klima would love to see us stand in solidarity and keep pushing on and supporting innovation, technology, and growth. I have a feeling when the time comes that 'Foril' will want someone to continue his legacy and share his same ambitions but I will save that talk for a later day. Thank You."

Please give a brief description of your climate and geography: In general, the Ku'udan Islands are loosely based off of the Hawaiian Island chain and Polynesia in the Pacific Ocean. Ku'uda most famous for its variety from lush rainforests to snow-tipped volcanic mountains that are scattered across the islands, with fertile green flatlands and a beautiful coastline. The climate is mostly warm and tropical, and its beautiful weather and landscape attracts people from all over the world. I am extremely willing to change this if there is need for me elsewhere in the region.

Please give a brief description of your national ethnicities and culture: The Ku'udan people are relatively traditional, and mostly religious. In fact, demographics of the archipelago show that nearly 70% of its people are Christian. Ku'uda is diverse in its people and very open to other cultures, but the majority of its people are of the native race, who are intelligent and tall. Surfing and boat racing are and have been the most common sports in the nation, a reference to the history of the peoples' respect and love for the sea.

Please give a brief description of your national history: About 2,000 years ago, ancient travelers had discovered the island, guided by the stars and the moon as they navigated the vast blue oceans. They called it "Ku'uda", which translates into Ku'udan as "Beloved Fatherland", and established settlements on the islands, bringing their traditions and religion. Recorded history of Ku'uda began shortly after their discovery of the islands, and it was quickly made into an independent, isolationist micro-nation, reliant on the industries of fishing and agriculture. Is this a main, alt or puppet account?: Although newly created, this will be a main account. I am not new to NationStates, but this nation is young.
How much time do you spend on this account and NS?: I check it every few hours, I'd say. Playing NationStates without an experienced region to keep you interested is quite boring, which is how I came across Atlas.
Please describe your moderation history: I've been playing NationStates for a long time and have had no moderation issues in the past. I used to take care of Freymoore, and later Xuclea. I had given NationStates a break after concentrating on my personal life but I'm now ready to get back into it and start fresh. I'm a trustworthy person and play by the rules.

Do you have an IIWiki page?: I used to use an IIWiki for my previous nation, Xuclea, but I haven't yet made one for this current nation. I am, however, planning on doing so immediately.

What sort of position do you foresee yourself filling in Atlas?: (geopolitical power and OOC contribution) I love cooperating with other like-minded role-players. Right now everything is in my Factbook, which is here on the forums and slightly outdated. I just did a DPR purchase of small arms from him, etc, which I will be editing into my factbook when I have a chance. I may also switch to different aircraft as well. That may be from him or a different storefront, I am not sure as of this point in time. I'm working at putting all relevant information into my IIWiki (and then onto NSWiki).
