But at this stage I don't believe you would care.

On a tangential note, what was the 7.62x39 mm H&K G3 platform?

well a compatible one anyway.

from PTR's website:

PTR-32 Series Products

30 and 10 round AK-47 magazines are available
PTR recommends the use of Bulgarian polymer AK-47 magazines for best results
PTR ships each 32 series product with a polymer AK-47 magazine
When considering the use of steel AK-47 magazines, PTR recommends the use of Chinese and Korean AK-47 magazines

Hey, anyone remember that kit that turned an HK-33 into an StG45/Gerat-06h? I think TFB had an article about it.

And Hey, Crookfur, any chance of us ever seeing a Palmer-Martini-Henry hybrid, or a Martini-Henry Vetterli hybrid from ye'?

PTR is a quality product actually. Looks odd but they are built of H&K receivers and parts from Portuguese service (among others). My friend has a stock PTR, and my other friend has a PSG built off a PTR Receiver (down to the 25.6in/650 barrel), and it shoots just as well as the PSG/MSG upposedly does.
Just some inforsperg.

Vintage Fordorsia fuck yeah

Martini-Henry Mk.VI

Caliber: .700 Fordorsian

Range: 500 yards

Rate of Fire: N/A

Magazine Capacity: 1

First produced in 1895, the Mk.VI is a Fordorsian-produced version of the British Martini-Henry designed for hunting large game. After Waster attacks on the island became more popular, a batch of Mk.VI's were bought by members of the Militia to bring down the largest of the Wasters, while their smaller kin were dispatched with the wide variety of black powder and muzzle loading rifles.

After the Military Revamp of 1908, the Mk.VI failed to be adopted by the newly-formed armed forces, but it was still commonly used by those guarding the Silver Wind Bridge, and even during the Deep War from 1912-1920.

It's based on the OAR platform, but can be toggled between semi-automatic and full-auto. It is capable of feeding from 10- and 20-round detachable box magazines of 7.62x54mmR.

Yay? Nay?

How does the gas system work? It looks like it'd go through the magazine.

The battle rifle is based on the OAR, which is inspired by the BAR, which uses a gas-operated, tilting breech block, if that helps any. I don't know much about the finer aspects of gas systems.

What is the best color of smoke for infantry concealment? Would it be a grey or black smoke or would white smoke work fine? I'M Thinking of having every rifleman carry 4 grenades 2 frag 1 thermobaric and 1 smoke grenade.

I don't think concealment varies between colours. I'd use white though, as it's the least "Here I am come and shoot me" of the colours.
