depends on the scope and the night vision device IIRC but most commonly no, or at least in goggle/monocular form. Hence why a lot of the monocular ones are designed to be mountable either on the head/helmet as well as directly the gun or are often worn on the non dominated eye. its also why IR laser pointers are so popular.

Spinning stabilizes a projectile whether there's air or not. That's why satellites either spin or have gyroscopes.

Same. It was in quite poor taste, but it made sense if you knew the conversation beforehand. Problem there is that no one but us knew. :lol2:

DnalweN acilbupeR wrote:dumb question ahead: can you use a scope through NVGs?

My friend went ahead and tested the NVG-over-non-dominant while aiming down a red dot and he said his FOV was too narrow with the NVG to get the dot superimposed on any visible section of his view, at least in close-quarters. As such, the military just mounts them onto the optic itself for night vision use as such:

Image

Anymore, however, the most-used and best overall method is to just wear your NVG like normal and keep an infrared laser on your weapon. You then point-shoot with the laser. Kind of neat in that you can hold the weapon in any way you want so long as the laser is on-target. You'll have more issues trying to determine rise/drop and windage with a laser-pointer, but that's why there's a whole squad of you with select-fire weapons.

I remember something about the M60 being hated because of how hard was to change barrels, they would keep losing that fucking glove and be stuck unable to change the barrel at all. Also I hate it's sights.

If the M14 was the "lightweight Marksmen rifle trying to be a battle rifle."
The FAL, "the medium weight all around rifle that doesn't shake as much"
Explain why the G3 was used? It's heavy but it's recoil is bad, it uses stamped parts but the FAL is cheaper, the M14 is more precise, and I think it was invented last.
I use this old account for FT, Pentaga Giudici and Vadia are for MT.

"Ten thousand people, maybe more
People talking without speaking
People hearing without listening"

Construction is taking forever, but Prole Confederation will be paying millions of Trade Units for embassies and merchants that show up at the SBTH

I got training on new low level infantry combat techniques fdf is starting to adopt. Working in squad that was divided into fire teams was interesting to say at least.

It all depends on where you think the atmosphere ends and where outer space starts. There is hydrogen, helium and nitrogen beyond the exosphere, but nothing that we would call air. Aerodynamics do not exists beyond it and the only things that will alter the course of a projectile that does not move under it's own power are gravity and collisions.

Berreta M92fs, USP.40, and any 9x19 mm Glock. I'm looking for a standard infantry pistol that is reliable but has a higher magazine and less recoil than the M1911 and m45.

The 92FS would have the least recoil of any of them, but that's also because it weighs the most. I still believe scrapping a secondary weapon altogether and just issuing more ammunition for their assault rifle would be best.

As for Glocks, you will want to look at the G17 or the G19. I'd personally go with the G19 because it's as small as you'll want to go on a Glock frame, therefore taking up the least amount of space since it is basically going to be deadweight on your soldier. Though thicker, for obvious reasons, the height and length of the G19 is not that much different than that of the PM.

MP33 SMG, lightweight fixed stock model.

2big4NS

The Machine Pistol Model 2033 is a SMG for close range urban engagements. It fires the 7.5 Felix round (Purpelia's).

So, what do you think?

Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

I plan on doing another write-up shortly on another one of my rifles. I'll give a little hint as to what it is in the spoiler. I'd be doing the write-up now but my camera died during the photo session. I won't be able to go as in-depth with it as others, however, as I'd really prefer not to disassemble some of its parts for consistency-related reasons.

I also have an AK with a PU I can into review with, but it'll have to wait a while since it's not mine. Bought it as a Christmas gift for someone else since they plan on hog hunting next year. I figured an optic for dat long range would come in handy while they'll also be able to into iron sightings for dat close range charging boar. I'll go ahead and post a photo of it, though. This is by-far one of my favorite optics I've ever handled on an AK. Super crisp and easy-to-pick-up crosshairs, off-set to the left for iron sights usage without a lolhigh tube height over bore, and it just plain looks awesome.
