The Office of Intelligence and Information (OII) is the agency that does our spying for us.

We only use the OII when tensions rise between our nation and another or when we've declared war on a certain country.

You need a number 4 - Always, especially on allies.

You can rely on an enemy to remain an enemy. Its the allies and neutrals that are the worry.

there is little point in lananaran nations spying on each other as there are few secrets any keep from each other nor have reason to.

on the other paw; covert information gathering and observation by both the lananaran federation and the galictic hub are an essential to keep track of, and avoid danger from, emerging worlds such as earth.

so it's not a matter of cameroi "spying" on other lananaran nations, but in the interest of the entire galacitic equivelant of a u.n. herein normally refered to as the h.u.b. (as in schmitz' telzey stories).

it is of course an accepted fact in any nation that isn't either extremely nieve or equally hypicritical, that on less developed worlds such as earth, virtually all embassies are centers of such activity.

cameroi have proudly and honorably served in the covert organs of both the lananaran planetary government and the galactic hub.

Well, normally...YES, OF COURSE.
But if the DIGSP (Donoluman Infrastructural Governmental Spy Network) or the government itself first has communicated directly with a foreign area, they are automatically added to the SND (Secret National Dossier). From there, all the Donoluman nerds can look at information of other countries, and sometimes that information is...what should I call it...secret.
