Brief
After years of heel-dragging and through 'creative' funding, the Marostotzkan Foreign Affairs Bureau has finally established a formal diplomatic program. In anticipation of this new program, the Ministry of Labour has commissioned an exclusive and pleb-free district in the Capital that will serve as the focal point for foreign diplomatic missions. This district will be known as Embassy Row and all nations that pass through processing will be admitted an Embassy here. We are not currently accepting applications for Consulates, but may do so in the near future.

Rules and Regs
Embassies may have limitless floor space, but must not exceed 3 stories
Embassy staff may not number more than 30
Embassy staff must not have prior convictions, spent or unspent
Security Staff may not number more than 1 per 2 civilian staff
No Assault Rifles or small arms with calibres exceeding 7.62mm
No heavy weaponry or armoured fighting vehicles
One civilian-model helicopter per Embassy
Civilian armoured vehicles permitted, limit of 1 per 5 staff
All embassy buildings remain the property of the Foreign Affairs Bureau
All embassy buildings remain on Marostotzkan soil
Marostotzkan laws do not apply in foreign embassies
Diplomatic Immunity is a guaranteed right for all staff except where loss of life should occur, such an occurence will not revoke diplomatic immunity from Ambassadors or their families
All embassies to be located in Embassy Row, Lenogorsk
