I think you are confusing Josef Stalin and your 'Presidents' with Erov Haclav, who actually made West Luziyca democratic and prosperous. He did not, in fact, attack East Luziyca, as your lies say, but, rather, East Luziyca attacked him. The chemical weapons 'used' by West Luziyca were, in fact, used by East Luziyca as Propaganda. Also, the only reason West Luziyca lost the war was that Erov Haclav did not enslave his people and use conscription, and also did not use Chemical weapons.
