Pretty much. I would newer actually employ any of that. I just like thinking up such things.

The charliedum imperial munitions (cim) heavy assault rifle, or cimhar45 fires a 45 caliber round at 450 rpm and is known for being fairly reliable

A few immediate problems I noticed:
- The barrel does not line up with where the chamber appears it should be
- Why is the ejection port so far up?
- The accessory rail can't be used for anything because of its location under the carry handle
- The way the stock is configured doesn't seem like it would be very comfortable
- There appears to be too little space between the magazine and grip.
- .45 caliber sounds like a poor idea for use in a primary assault rifle. With the depicted magazine, I doubt it would give a meaningful ammunition capacity.
- A cyclic rate of 450 rounds/min seems very low for an automatic rifle. Wiki claims a cyclic rate of 600 rounds/min for the AKM and between 700 to 950 rounds/min for the M4 carbine

The rifle has a very complex mechanism of long recoil, this is to keep the fire rate down due to the power of the rifle. the barrel is just a mistake but my excuse is magic. the accessory rail is for laser sights and not scopes (there is a hole in the front of the carry handle). also it isn't a primary assault rifle it is a more specialized anti material rifle. Bear in mind all of these are excuses for my poor designing so no hard feelings.
