Anything spicy. People here love peppers and hot sauces, such as Crystal hot sauce or Tiger sauce. Only about 10% of Boldens are vegetarian / vegan, so meat is very popular. Boldens usually like chicken, beef, buffalo or the common variety of sea food. Sometimes crocodile is eaten, but that's very rare.
When it comes to sweet stuff - like desert, chocolate is very popular.

A signature side dish is Spicy Carrots. It's "match stick" carrots mixed with Crystal hot sauce or Tiger sauce, ranch, chives (sliced green onions), parsley flakes, and sometimes jalapeno bits. It's usually a side with meat.

Similar to real-life Japanese cuisine, but with more green onions.

The meats are generally from animals that are efficient with regards to forage and space, such as lamb, rabbit, goat, chicken, and recently, guinea pigs. Wild game is also popular, as are fish near the coast.

Preparation wise, stews are common as many of the meats are tough (especially the local zebu cattle) and focused around a small number of herbs and spices.

It's supposed to be a simple version of Indian cuisine.

Trefeqian cuisine differs from each republic.

Vesetian cuisine is similar to middle eastern food with it's influence from westernization and Centrefé. The cuisine includes many meats and vegetables and often spicy.

Afedon's is mainly simple and influence from British culture during colonization and it's neighbors, Centrefé and Vesetia. It also has it's own versions of other country's cuisines, mainly European (ex. Afedonian pizza, Afedonian hot dog, etc).

Due to it's massive size, Centrefé has been influenced by the countries it borders and the republics within Trefeqia. Also from Tredia through colonization. It's mainly gourmet and has many worldwide popular drinks.

Cuisine in New Junction is similar to Spanish, especially Catalan, because of the Spanish Empire. It mainly famous because of it's gourmet and bread.

Cuisine from Feseco is can be comparable to Latin American food. It uses mainly ingredients found in the islands, along with vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes. Meat is also widely used.

We eat a mixture of everything, usually they are put in weird combinations (like serving chocolate covered crickets with chili and enchiladas).

Imperial cuisine is mostly descended from traditional Korean cuisine. However, over time immigrants and conquered peoples brought their own foods into the fold, and eventually those foods became popular as well. Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Hispanic (especially Mexican) influence is commonly seen, though other foods from Europe have made their way in as well.

Raw meat, sometimes live, sometimes not. While we do use spices, it is believed that cooking your food ruins it.

Depends on location. In the central highlands, many foods are soup based. Also, meat dishes are likely to be yak, goat, or mutton, often dried or cooked in a spicy stew with potatoes.

In the coast, alot are spicy seafoods.

Our nation's cuisine is predominantly European influenced, but is very diverse due to the multiracial culture of our country. The biggest influences come from the Netherlands, Native cooking, Spain and Portugal

In the Glorious People's Republic of Kaitjan a large part of population is vegetarian. Not because they want to, but because both wildlife and farmanimals are the primary food-source of the nations many tigers. The most common form av food is soup with diffrent variations of fruits and vegetables, sometimes with the addition of riverfish. Kaitjans national dish is the "suppka" - a bowl of fish soup with hot spices and potatoes.
The People's Republic of Kaitjan is a nation most glorious: a totalitarian communist dictatorship set against a backdrop of vast jungles, great rivers and a horribly tropical climate. Kaitjan is renowned for its all-encompassing militarism, rampant xenophobia, isolationist tendencies and a great love for tigers and tiger motifs.

pasta is virtually our only favored starch. though others do exist for the sake of essential variety and diversity. usually there is only one starch served in any meal, while there may be any number of plant sources, and generally at least two. there are also normally at least one major protien source involved. when these are plant protiens, there is always more then one, as no single one is sufficient. cultured meat is common. this is real meat, but grown without a living central nervous system. sometimes mislabled meat beasts, or slightly more accurately, meat mountains. fish and other water life also form a major source of protien.

as for recipies, we are heavy on soups, casaroles, and meat and pasta salads.

one and a half dish meals are common, where the main dish contains the essential ingreedients, and is topped off with a light or moderate amount of some kind of desert.

our deserts tend to be minimally sweetened and of a chocklety flavour.

more elaborte meals are also of course sometimes served, and buffette style dining is common at get togethers and other events.
truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.
