You left out in the line above Demographics.

Oh wow that was very stupid of me. Thanks so much though!

Usually at the top of the forum? This thread is stickied, it'll never not be at the top of the forum.

It's neat and tidy, something that I like :) Could use with a couple more images though, especially that first bit, seems like a wall of text. A table of contents or some sort of navigation would be helpful, and the history section could also use with a bit of sprucing up imo.

This is mine. It's mostly finished, but I wouldn't mind some feedback.

Good start. I recommend adding a "Contents Box" for easier navigation, however.

I need some feedbacks on mine as well. I thought of adding more images but it's just gonna clutter things up more.

Not bad. There are plenty of images after Government, but it wouldn't hurt to add more images before that. Try it out and see how it looks. If you don't like it, you can delete it. Who knows? Maybe it will look nicer with more images.

I need to ask a question. Can we download an image from internet and use it in our factbook? I mean I always write at the end of my dispach that image is not mine and that image is downloaded from internet.

I'm quite sure everyone does.
I mean I always write at the end of my dispach that image is not mine and that image is downloaded from internet.

Most people don't write a disclaimer, though it can't hurt.

Just a note, you will have to find a website to host said image. You cannot hot link it directly from your computer.

A question - how should factbooks about the armed forces (equipment and such) be laid out? Examples of good military factbooks may help.

Hey all!

Quick technical question for you, if anyone can help. I was trying to make a table, and for some reason my columns automatically going to a weird size. Please look at this.

Does anyone know how to make the first column wider? Either a width command, or does anyone know how to use colspan in this format?

Feel free to comment on my factbook here as well. Thanks to the creators of the template!

I don't! My images are all original artwork.

I couldn't figure out how that part worked so I removed it, it didn't seem necessary to me anyway, my article isn't all that long, people can just scroll anyway.

You can use the tab code, it works for factbooks too:

The original
12222222222222222222222222222222

With tab
Code: Select all

[tab=150][/tab]12222222222222222222222222222222

12222222222222222222222222222222
