United Socialist States of Atvania
The United Socialist States of Atvania (abbr. USSA), or Atvania, is a strong democratic nation with deep socialist roots. Centrally located in the Eastern Bloc and extending into central Europe, Atvania is a major economic and military power in Eurasia. The capital is Kaposvar; the population is 13 million. The city is located in the west central edge of Atvania and is a main economic, industrial, and governmental operation area.
The city is home to various massive skycrapers and government buildings, as well as apartment complexes and the Kaposvar National Airport. City life is very happy; there are numerous park complexes, shopping malls, entertainment complexes, museums, and concert halls.

Also, the city has a record-breaking literacy rate of 100% and 100% of all citizens aged 25 or older are at least college-educated. Most families are with two children, and the average annual household income is 20,000 Donis. Because of the high percentage of intellectuals, Kaposvar is very accepting of other cultures and ideologies.

Atvania is not truly run by anyone; though not an anarchist state, it has no single ruler or party. The head of state, which does not necessarily “rule”, is the High Council. They act as the main diplomatic body and legislative force. A second council is the Vanguard Revolutionary Council, which serves in the judiciary force. Lastly, there is the Federal, or People’s Consulate, where once a month, minor councils, organizations, and individuals engage in a forum to discuss the general welfare of the nation and to propose laws and regulations to the High Council and Vanguard Revolutionary Council.
Citizens in the nation are free to believe whatever religion they wish, which is kept alive by the government, and food is mostly grown in the eastern half. The nation uses the Donis as a currency, the dominant belief is atheism/irrelgion, and the national animal is the Golden Eagle, which is used to describe the nation's strength and ability to soar.
Today, we now wish to create an embassy program to now create both a truly recognized nation, trade, and perhaps other future alliances when needed.
