Though our capital city's moved around a bit, I'll give you how they look:
Quevril: A port city, it's relatively the same, except that an increase is holiday spending is likely. Xmas in Lolloh is essentially an excuse to buy people presents.
Dekkar: Destroyed, the city is an uninhabited hellhole 24/7. Even through the holidays.
Tynnik: Nuked out, nothing really changes, except for the levels of radiation.

That. We celebrate the Jewish, Muslim & Baha'i holidays, but not any Christian ones.

So Christmas looks like any other winter day in the desert. Unless it happens to be Hanukka--then you can see the 8-candle Menorahs evereywhere throughout the subterannean capital of Unknown City.

Well, for starters, it's snowing everywhere. Maybe not in the southern regions, so that's why so many Vünjans drive north, to rent a nice shack in the Vaarkjeel mountains.
A typical Christmas (for Christians of course) would be a nice, warm shack in the snowy mountains, brining a nice tree from outside, sitting by the fire, eating Scherrfvven (A local fish, skinned and filled with Mirr cheese and herbs), talking to the family, opening presents, and generally having a really good time.

The cities are decorated with Christmas trees and colorful neon lights.
Usually on Christmas day all traffic is blocked so people could walk the streets freely.
Shops are also closed, but Coffee shops and restaurants are open, pubs and clubs as well.
There's sometimes music on the streets.

It's really cool here is Christmas but very cold.

Chrismas is celebrated as a non-religious holiday. Consumers and companies are happy.
As a present from the government, people who are happy will NOT be shot on Chrismas and the day following.

we do celebrate midwinter's eve; the winter solstice.

colored lights, and gigantic intricate ice sculptures. often maze like. for people to wander through and explore.

though the principal celebration is feasting. often shared on a grand scale in village and neighborhood meeting halls.
there is much singing and playing of live music.

it is not specifically a religious celebration, though there are several of our world's beliefs which participate in it.

there is creative decorating and general sprucing up, of the central grove.
this is not later removed, but instead modified and further enhanced each year around this time.

cameroi with our thick fur, love and enjoy the winter months far more then the summer, which we more see as having to tolerate, to produce our food.

truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.

It varies from nation to nation, but on Tortuga, the flying island that serves as the home to the Ani malian Court, it is not celebrated much, mostly because the Governors from the nations of the world of Ani malia are constantly trying to prevent wars between nations.
The United Kingdom of Ani malia is a governing body similar to the UN in your world, except more effective. The planet Ani mailia is composed of many kingdoms, empires, tribes, republics, etc. The United Kingdom was set up to help keep peace on the planet, and is thus far doing an amazing job.
