Jefferson Balabak obtained his Ph.D in Education Administration from the prestigious Overbeck Univ. of Paparian in 1975 and served as lecturer at the univ. until the year 2000.
He joined the UUPT shortly after and was instrumental in getting the Paparian Government to raise the salaries of teaching and non-teaching staff at all public universities in Paparian.This was important as the last salary adjustment made was way back in 1971.
Mr.Jefferson Balabak's other interest include soccer and social work.He has been married thrice and has four grown up children, but is currently single having divorced his third wife earlier this year.

Mr.Jefferson Balabak's first order of business is to request the Government approved a 50 percent pay hike for all teachers,lecturers,admin staff,janitors,garderners,school bus driver l,etc at all public learning institution.
Secondly,the Department of Education would like to apply for 1 billion dollars for this year's Education Budget.
