After Taking a test with 1000 men and Women in varying areas of the nation along with different ethnicity, race, and heritage.
With most naturally born men and women are Germanic and varying Celtics Nations (Britain, Ireland, Scotland) hertigage, along with Immigrants from other lands (Africans, MiddleEasterns, Hispanics, Asian) The average Heights of a Men are: 5,7"-6,5" and Women are: 5,5"-6,3"

Women: 1.88 m

Nationally, on average:

Men stand at 6' 1"
Women stand at 5' 10"

These numbers vary depending on clan, with some clans having men's height averages as high as 6' 5" and womens at 6' 0", to as low as men at 5" 10" to women at 5' 8".

This is for human form AbH only,

Alternate form AbH range from 50cm (smallest by records) through to 4m (tallest/longest mobile)
