Unrelated question - how are SPAAGs organized? It looks like two platoons were assigned to each regiment, but why was that chosen instead of integrating the SPAAGs into the units themselves?

1. Depends on the type and range. A Stinger is obviously quite different from a Patriot. But you need both.

2. Yes. Tanks break down. You need something to either tow them or at least provide a winch and crane to service the engine.
