it does actually concern me that almost nobody seems to issue condensed milk in their ration packs/MREs on NS. The sweet sickly stuff too distinctly british?

I'm an island nation, so whatever I use has to be easy to deploy from either aircraft or amphibious landing ships. I'm interested in speed and mobility, though safety and survivability are obviously important. It doesn't need to be heavily armed, but it should be able to defend itself. Amphibious capabilities would be nice to have, but aren't absolutely necessary.
