and Consul Paul Kennedy, Interne

Decime Consuls are in charge of all external affairs, including war, trade, aid, and surveillance. Interne Consuls are in charge of all internal affairs, including construction, law-making, domestic military, and economy.

Update: It turns out that Pokemon Gold, Silver's demo at Spaceworld 1997 was leaked. Gold himself is developing a "Beta Goldonia" based on the world from this demo.
