From an aesthetics point of view, it flows as well as any rifle with Remington 700 aesthetics (of which there are *more* than plenty), if not a little worse thanks to the somewhat blocky Enfield action, but it begs the question - why? The aesthetics of the basic wooden-furniture SMLE are a lot nicer (from my point of view, mind), and unlike the components used in most sporterised weapons they're not in production anymore.

Also I agree with Anemos, if your Going to modernize a Rifle Do what Spree is doing, Make it an Absurdly custom rifle, Or just buy a Remington 700 if that's your desired aesthetic.

The standard fire weapon equipment in our armed ground forces, the Santo Rican Army, it would be the G36 alongside the G3 as assault rifles, the USP pistol, the MP5A2 and also some fragmentation and smoke grenades. As machineguns we use the FN MAG and MG3.

Standard infantry equipment in the army: G36/G3, Frag Grenade. (Standard)
Standard anti-tank infantry equipment in the army: Panzerfaust 3, USP, M15 mine, M19 mine.

Our service rifle is the AK-103, with the CZW-762 (a mildly obscure Czech automatic rifle which was mostly chosen because its ammo is compatible) as the squad automatic weapon.

Having a pistol as a backup for a standard infantryman is pretty shit.

The weight wasted would be better spent on more magazines for your rifle.

You want 2 grenades per guy, with smoke going to a selected squad member.

UMPs are shit, jamtasic shit. MP5A2 w/ over pressure 9x19mm rounds.
