No heatrays. But my Martians are sort of squidlike, in a bipedal sort of way. I've yet to attempt a Baal-scale version, but yes, they're going to look like Cthulhu's little brother.

Just because I haven't got there yet, doesn't necessarily mean I'm not going.

I'm merging in aspects of Barsoom as well, though, so InuMars isn't going to be entirely HG Wells. Next, either a Martian native of the White species, or a TIE fighter/Tsar tank hybrid high-speed wheeled thing.

@Sevv: I agree that the intermediate panels would be a more logical place for the MGs, but I'm not moving them. I neglected to save a version before I added the lower mounts, and I don't want to redraw any of that leg machinery. I may, however, add a pintle mount on the top as an anti-ornithopter defence.

I was thinking of calling the brand name Starr... so the car I already made would be a 1968 Starr Tantrum... any ideas on better car company names.

It was a rather treacherous battle, with three King Tigers converging on our lines. Two guys had already dropped, and me and the remaining guy had taken down one KT already. One of the other enemy players had called in a bergetiger, however, and revived it, which led to it's second, permanent destruction. But it was too late, as we had fallen to a swarm of panthers, backed by rocket infantry everywhere, and the two KTs that survived the relentless artillery barrages. My command truck was the last to die, driving valiantly into the enemy lines in a futile suicide charge, to try and prolong the battle for us. It was wasted, however, and destroyed quickly by a volley of cannon and rocket fire.
