Most Dangerous Roads in Your Nation

Alas, as hard as we sometimes try to make the roads the safest they can be, sometimes roads can be very dangerous. Which road or roads is the most dangerous and potentially deadly in your nation?

In mountainous areas, there are many switchbacks, with speeds decreasing from 200+ km/h to 20 km/h, causing some (read: many) deaths. The most famous was when a man drove himself and his 200+ friends in a rented bus chain (a chain of buses, semi-popular in Las Brisas) off of the tallest Brisenian switchback (550 m) on the R 4 onto the pancake presser below, causing a major loss of life, machine, and insurance companies' money (the overall insurance on all of the victims was over 20 000 000 £ for life insurance and 250 000 £ for the auto insurance; the company InsureU went bankrupt that day).

Our roads are generally safe and well-maintained, but the Arctic highway between Ysborg and Sturmhåll is frozen for most of the year and covered with snow, making it the most dangerous road in our nation. It is estimated that around 50 die each year making the trip, especially truckers who are the lifeline of the country. A rail network is being considered linking the major settlements in the country to make transport of goods safer.

Superhighway #347 that stretches from Winter's Rock to Northton. (See the world map in my factbook for the distance) The road isn't particularly dangerous, but it's definitely not as safe in comparison to the rest of the roads. The wildlife of Canada and Alaska is overgrown, since the region has never fully recovered from the nuclear wars of 2077. Dangerous animals have been known to try and attack vehicles. Due to the isolation of the region, rebels operate in it. Recently, motorists have been stopped by rebels and taken captive along the highway. Enforcer and Ranger patrols have been buffed up in response. Disturbingly, however, there have been reports of mutants raiding roads in the North too, including #347.

However, Superhighway #347 is predicted to be obsolete by 2315, due to the development of the underground tram systems.

The Breczcliekiewicz pass that lies in the Gwodani mountain range in southern Province of Danzia.

It has no gaurd rails, it's often very slippery due to rain, and the road is primarily dirt.

There's even a creepypasta based off of it because its said, when driven on at night, it becomes endless, and people are ever seen again. Really this is because their cars fall into the ravine and sink to the bottom of the river.

The B1185 at Yelkwick, in Norfolkbarden, as it has multiple twists and turns, especially further down in Hertfordbarden, a few counties down, where it has a steep hill downwards of 10%
which has caused some severe accidents over the past few years.

Any road through an Outzone (areas between towns or cities) is dangerous, often deadly. Bloodthirsty mutant cannibals hide and wait for motorists to pass by, then attack without mercy. Adding to the threat in those areas are out of control Terminator cyborgs who attack all humans and are very tough to destroy. This is one reason we weaponize our vehicles, and my factbook has a guide on how to survive crossing the Outzones. Citizens who follow all the tips in that guide have an up to 80% of making it through an Outzone alive.

There are no Highway's in Biop. Just series of Magna levi train's connecting cities. In cities and town's roads are kept in peak condition from layer's of naniets applied monthly to fill any pit's and cracks.

Roads in west-congotar are pretty dangerous.

The roads in Redentro are all fairly safe, but one must be careful crossing the 32.7-Scale (143.6km; 89.2mi) Þhrmapoljayn Bridge over the sea of Mjuzskorrun, from 'Aymptayn to Þhrmapayljy.
Many vehicles skid off the bridge when it makes a 90-degree turn at the tiny island of Winþbar and fall into the sea, since drivers are reckless and fail to note the change in speed limit from 40S/h (175.4km/h; 109mph) in the straight sections to 30S/h (131.6km/h; 81.8mph) at the turn.

Every Autumn and Winter (relative to the southern hemisphere of course - in the northern hemisphere it's spring and summer), when parts of the sea around deep southern Slafstopia freeze, a direct route to take car-carrying trucks from the north to the main southern trade ports is set up. In February accidents are common involving thin sea ice and heavy trucks. Truckers are pretty brave.

Well, our most dangerous road is Pickett Street, which is practically stuck to the side of our sea cliffs, with several tight turns and drops. This road is in great condition year round though, and most of the accidents are caused by a lack of skill on the driver's part.

The most dangerous roads are in the mountains to the south. Many of them are unpaved and are reduced to mud in rainstorms. They're great for biking, but horrible for driving. New legislation has declared that only trucks are allowed in order to combat the high amount of deaths on the roads. Last year alone, 1,429 people died on the mountain passes. Below is an example of what many of the roads look like.

The Albert Cervantes Boulevard which crosses one of the runways of Gibraltar's airport is the most dangerous here, for obvious reasons, although the Gibraltar and Spanish Governments are looking into building a tunnel under the runway instead, to make it safer, to increase capacity at the airport and to speed up journey times.

The AH-03 => Located in the mountanious area of highton. The AH-03 Goes from Highton to the border with Dindar. It's dangerous becouse of the risk of falling rocks.
There are about 3 deaths a year by falling rocks on this road.

While the roads running through the wild jungles of Saurisia are quite hazardous, it's the dirt roads that twist through the deep jungle that are the most dangerous. It is on those routes that one is most likely to get attacked by the wildlife. The more remote roads in Drakonia and Khazad are also equally dangerous thanks to the lethal wildlife that permeates both continents.
