Samclarkistan: a brief history

Samclarkistan started off as a small group of people, well i say a small group, it was two people, nameley Sam Clark and Michael Clark (me). in no way are we related, we just accidentally have the same name. Up until now, we have been waging war on a table in a classroom. but now we have taken it to a new level. we are fighting The Grand Duchy of Bokaya and The Fedaration of Ryasia. we, therefore, are going to crush them into oblivion! also we will be continuing the war in the classroom, fighting Montralia but allying with Niemastan. we are currently in the middle of the whole war, and our country is in a state of apocalypitic dread. but never the less

Yea. This started as a tabletop wargame, but we've kinda taken it to the next level.

Our nation has existed since medieval times, and it kinda stayed there. Our armies still wear mail and we have a feudal system of government. Dotted throughout the region are various citystates aligned to us. Our main strength is our agriculture and raw materials. My ally, Ryasia was feeling the strain of the war, so because of the Samistani and Clarkistani incursions onto our territory we agreed to provide food to the country, raw materials to the industry and uniforms for the armies of The Federation in exchange for weapons and training, allowing them to put all their money into the war machine.

When our armies go into war it is an impressive, if archaic sight. Shining knights armed with lance, sword and machine gun sally forth, supported by swarms of rifle armed peasents, each united under the heraldry of their feudal baron or the main ducal heraldry. The occasional lumbering tank crawls ponderously to the front, while blimps and derigibles provide air support. We have a relitively modern and powerful navy, though not as modern or powerful as Ryasia.
