My basic searches of this term gives me some form of computer chip that give people access to information networks - so basically a wireless computer in your brain of sorts. OOC:It is a neural chip that pretty much fires electrical impulses that make them need a little less sleep, concentrate a little better, and handle stress more effectively, a sped up metabolism is a side effect of this. To address your concerns, we cannot say at this time you recruits will be forced to engage your home country. We have no real diplomatic ties at this point, no positive relations, or negative relations at this time. So it is safe to say your country is not likely to be an enemy of TECT any time soon.
