My factbook is really good, it only used 5-10% of my population as being in the military.

That's actually really BAD

My military is about 1% of my total pop, and that means my troops are very powerful and well armed while your millions of troops are probably using clubs and knifes to fight.

I don't know, man. I'm an Imperialist nation, and enforce compulsory service for all men and childless women between 18 and 20 years of age. Plus, citizens aged 16 through 50 are seen as eligible for grunt work. (don't tell, but people with extreme mental disorders are put down, so it's not like a large percentage of this is invalid) Not to mention, the military is HIGHLY valued in our country, and it's considered a grade A career path. I'm sure I may fall within the 5-10% of my population having something to do with the military.

But I doubt I'm on a level as low as Dragomere, if I may be so arrogant.

My most sovereign Empire of Dragomere believes in the following:
1) the Empire of Dragomere's sovereignty is superior to all other nations,
2) the Empire of Dragomere has a right to intervene in other nation's affairs if they affect our nation,

(1)The House of Nobles shall consist of the houses of Aerie, Michael, Terra, and Constance. (1)The President shall be elected by a majority vote of the people.(2) The elections for this position shall occur on July 21.(3) The President is sworn in on October 31.(3) The President serves a life term.(4) the powers of the president include,(4a) The President shall have executive powers over all armed forces in The Empire of Dragomere, both national and county levels,(4b) approves or vetoes bills sent by the House of Nobles,(4c) approves any appointments made by the Senate,(4d) appoints all Nobles from those who are eligible.

I don't see compulsory service as a bad thing if they aren't forced to continue their service. It's good for the people, is a decent recruitment scheme, and it doesn't necessarily dilute the professionalism of a military.

Your budget is about the same amount modern day US spends on their military and they struggle, although not that much, to keep their army of five million properly trained and equipped. Five million is that the US army's total size? Anyway, you have more than twice the amount of soldiers and that would mean many can't be given the proper equipment and training they need.
