Women are treated with more respect by their male counterparts because...well...they're women!

No, both culturally, socially and under the law. Most gender roles are effectively dead in Arkiasis. Gender equality is now ingrained into our culture.

All are equal under the law. As expected, there are some differences both in the social sphere and the cultural sphere, but nothing too drastic these days. It's only natural.
Chaos was the law of nature; Order was the dream of man.

Well that depends.

Both get the same rights and freedoms but sometimes they may be treated differently. Men don't usually go have manicures and pedicures here. :p

Gender equality has always been present in Kytalas culture. The circumstances in which the almost entirely physical differences between males and females are still considered significant are essentially limited to sex and procreation. Most other social matters, both public and private, essentially disregard the individual's gender, or at least consider it unimportant.

Well kind of. First is that old habits die hard, so there's still remnants of old gender roles floating around. Second, "equal" does not equal "same". Both sexes are equal in rights and in the law, but you'll still encounter differences in the way people interact with you depending on your gender.

Women are not allowed to serve in the military. A princess does not have the right to rule if the king dies. A woman is expected to take care of children and do house chores, but some women work in business.

Not particularly no. You get the occassional misogynist and the occasional misandrist, but generally no. Atleast 95% of our population tend to be rational. In terms of employment, social status, political status, and what not, men and women are equal. The only way in which they are not is religious segrigation

Of course. Very few "cases" of gender unequality exist in modern Kerwe society.
