Age of consent: 13 for boys; 12 for girls
Buy/drink alcohol: there is no age restriction
Buy/use marijuana: illegal
Buy/use any other drugs: illegal
Be legally recognized as an adult under your nation's laws: 13 for boys; 12 for girls
Become leader of your country: there is no minimum age so long as your are a member of the Royal Knights.

Get a driver's license: 16 for certain types of mopeds, for any other motorized vehicle it is 18.
Vote in elections: 18
Get married: 17
Join the military: Voluntarily, 16. Compulsory service begins at 18.
Age of consent: 15, as long as the partner does not have any special authority over them (for example if it's an older relative or their teacher), in that case it is 18.
Buy/drink alcohol: Usually 18, but for really strong drinks the minimum age can be as high as 23.
Buy/use marijuana: 21
Buy/use any other drugs: Illegal for all ages, unless you're the King. (Thankfully he doesn't seem to be addicted to any illicit substances)
Be legally recognized as an adult under your nation's laws: 18
Become leader of your country: The Reigning Monarch can be of any age, and same with the Colonial Governor, however the Head of Government (the one who actually has any power to speak of) must be able to vote, making 18 the minimum.
