  • Buy/use any other drugs: Unless prescribed medication, it is ILLEGAL
  • Be legally recognized as an adult under your nation's laws: 19
  • Become leader of your country: The current reigning monarch would have to either a) have died while ruling or b) abdicated for the rising monarch to be crowned, those can only abdicate if the rising monarch is over the age of 9, but for those ruling due to death of the former monarch there is no age limit.
