-Note: Communism is simply an enemy because it goes against our beliefs as well as the fact many people of the Reich lost their families to the Soviet Union's Red Army in the past and, furthermore, Israel State is our enemy because they tried to invade an international alliance, in which is headed by the Reich, under false credentials. Terran Republic is an enemy because they threaten expansion into Asia, Europe, and maybe even our own nation under absolutely no reason other than to gain land, their female dictator seeming insane in the sense she sees her nation's power as absolute, yet the nation itself has a tendency to lose in warfare and it has been proven they have built hundreds of Concentration Camps across some former lands.

Your application has been accepted, however there are some points that we can't allow:
Your Xavilian light navy cruiser and C-130 Xavilian Air Force transport plane cannot be of military cathegory, and cannot be armed with anything.
Your equipment of security also hasn't be fully accepted, the riot gear, Ravant-II automatic shotguns are not allowed. The rest is.

We also have another point that you should look at, you stated that you would use MP5K's with lethal bullets out of our territory. This is allowed only in international waters.
They cannot enter any nations waters with those guns.

We have very good police forces so you don't have to fear armed mobs, and the usage of the xcript is allowed, as long as you have translators that can translate it for us.

So if you could keep these things in mind the construction of the embassy can start.

Dear Most Esteemed Leader of Alahana,
It is has come to the government of Xavilia's attention that the some of the weapons proposed to be in our embassy in Alahana have been in violation of Alahan law. The government of Xavilia and our great king, Reza Tamar Aryamehr I, has the greatest respect for laws in foreign countries. As such we will comply with the requests of the Alahan government in the following:
1. The XAF C-130 will be disarmed and will carry only flares and other missile countering devices
2. The Ravant-II Class shotguns will be removed from our embassy in accordance with Alahan law
3. The MP5K's armed with non-lethal rounds will be removed from our embassy in accordance with Alahan law
4. The Tevra Class light cruiser will remain fully armed, but will stay in international waters off of the coast of Alahana

Myself and the Xavilian government hope that these concessions will be sufficient for the Alahan government to accept an Xavilian embassy in Alahana. The royal ambassador to Alahana, Myrandras Vara-Axor Pahlavuni, will ensure that our two countries grow closer together, and her first assignment will be the negotiation of trade rights. Once these trade rights have been established we will look into the other items on the Xavilian agenda, such as the signing of a non-aggression treaty and possibly an alliance.

In addition, we are more than willing to supply the needed translators to Alahana in order to provide language assistance to the Alahan government.

¹: Baron Oliver Lee was born on 8 Pluitanis 12:81 [8 February, 1981] in Royal Amaranthine Hospital in Amaranthine, Ferelden. At the age of two, his family moved to Denerim, the capital of Ferelden, where they lived on 2 Whitespire Rd., the road in which all of the major governmental buildings -- including Denerim castle, place of residence for the Archduke of Ferelden -- were placed. In 12:89 [1989], his father -- at the time untitled Daniel Lee -- petitioned to become a member of the Royalist Party in Denerim. His ascension was quick, as he soon became a profound follower of the Royalist Party, and eventually became Sir Daniel Lee, a member of parliament in the House of Commons.

When Oliver entered primary school, it became quickly noted that he had an outstanding ability to be able to rationalise quickly, effectively and efficiently as well as being able to identify the best way to carry out his assignments to reduce wasted time and capacity, as well as easy memorising capability. This was best displayed in historical classes, where he was able to remember dates, names and important events and their sequences with relative ease.

Upon entering high school at age twelve, Oliver was presented with the ability of joining high-quality political sciences classes. After a short conversation with his parents, Oliver was convinced that he would excel at this political course -- neither him nor his parents had imagined he would become the highest-marking student of middle-school political science courses at Scarlet II High School, which had enrolled approximately 4,200 other students, and nearly four hundred other students enrolled in political sciences courses in the school.

Upon reaching College at the age of sixteen, Oliver decided to focus on political sciences and went the way of studying history, politics and international relations. Past College, he went to university with a major on international relations. In 13:15 [2015], he published his thesis [The Political World] and officially became a doctor in the field of political sciences. In 13:16 [2016], he returned to Denerim to meet his father, who had called him home after graduating university. Sir Daniel proposed to Oliver joining the Royalist Party -- or whichever party Oliver wished -- in order to get involved in Thedosian centralised government politics. Oliver agreed, and in mid-13:17 [2017], he applied to become a member of the Royalist party. However, before Oliver could begin his true political career, Sir Daniel died of a stroke whilst on a parliamentary election tour through Ferelden for the House of Commons.

Oliver, struck by this, intended to take the place of his father in the House of Commons. As a Royalist, he applied for membership in parliament; it was approved, and he began an election in order to be elected to the Royal Parliament. As a Royalist, much more light was shed on him than, for example, the Communist Party, which does not have seats in the Royal Parliament. As such, attention in Ferelden centred on him, and it soon became clear that he could be one of the forty-two members of parliament chosen by the public to represent Ferelden in the Royal Parliament.

In 13:18 [2018], the forty two members of parliament were announced: Oliver Lee was among them. With his new position in Parliament, he was ascended to Sir Oliver Lee, and represented Ferelden to Parliament for over a decade; in 13:24 [2024], just a year after the last elections and his last victory in Ferelden, the Speaker of the House of Commons retired; as such, the House of Commons led a vote to determine who would be the new Speaker for the House of Commons. It was then that Sir Oliver Lee was ascended to Baron Oliver Lee, and became the Speaker for the House of Commons, followed by the voting of the House of Nevarra -- the state from which the former Speaker hailed -- to replace the lost member. In 13:33 [2033], after having won his third and last term in 2028 and his terms in Parliament coming to an end, Oliver retired from Parliament, and instead agreed to work with Lord John Hampton, Foreign Secretary in the Greater Kingdom to become a representative abroad. He has represented the Greater Kingdom various times, but never as an ambassador; however, in 13:37 [2037], he gratefully agreed to the assignment of ambassador in the United Republic of Alahana.
